Terms of Service

Last updated: 14 June 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of MyCompany (the "Service"), operated by 1STNET MARKETING LTD, available at https://app.mycompany.ltd. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Introduction

MyCompany is a business operating system that helps businesses manage leads, clients, proposals, invoices, projects, tasks, documents, client portals, automation, and related operations. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and 1STNET MARKETING LTD. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility and account registration

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. When you register you agree to provide accurate information, keep your password secure, and accept responsibility for all activity under your account. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

3. Workspaces and tenant usage

The Service is organised into workspaces (tenants). The person who creates a workspace is its owner and is responsible for managing members, roles, and data within it. Each workspace's data is logically isolated from other workspaces. You are responsible for how members of your workspace use the Service.

4. Client invitations and portal usage

The Service lets you invite clients and collaborators to a client portal. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to invite those people and to share any data you make available to them. Invited users must use the portal only for the purpose for which they were invited.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • break any applicable law or regulation;
  • infringe the rights of others or upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content;
  • send spam or unsolicited messages, or harvest data without consent;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other workspaces, or our systems;
  • interfere with, disrupt, or place undue load on the Service or its infrastructure;
  • reverse engineer or resell the Service except as expressly permitted.

6. User responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy, quality, and legality of the data you and your workspace members enter, for obtaining any necessary consents from your own clients and contacts, and for complying with the laws that apply to your business.

7. Trial access

The Service may be offered on a free trial basis without requiring a payment card. Trial workspaces may have feature, usage, or time limits, and we may change or end trials at any time. Data created during a trial may be removed if the trial ends without conversion to a paid plan.

8. Billing and payment

Paid billing and payment collection are not currently active. If and when paid plans or payment collection are activated, the applicable fees, billing cycle, taxes, and refund terms will be presented to you before you incur any charge, and your continued use after activation will be subject to those terms.

9. Feature availability

Certain capabilities — including live email delivery, AI-assisted features, payment collection, public API access, and third-party integrations — are disabled by default and are only available if and when they are explicitly enabled. Until enabled, the Service does not send live email on your behalf, process payments, expose a public API, or transmit your data to those third-party providers.

10. User content and business data

You retain ownership of the content and business data you submit to the Service. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display that content solely to operate and provide the Service to you. We do not claim ownership of your data. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Service availability and maintenance

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes that temporarily affect availability, and we may modify or discontinue features over time.

12. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, or for prolonged inactivity. On termination your right to use the Service ends; we may delete workspace data after a reasonable period in line with our Privacy Policy.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. 1STNET MARKETING LTD will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the "last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to conflict of law principles. The courts located in the United Kingdom will have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
